Warranty
Limited Warranty: GrandWall Equipment products are warranted to the original buyer to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the purchase date and it will be replaced free of charge, if after inspection by GrandWall Equipment, no misuse or alteration is disclosed. If Buyer discovers a defect, Buyer should return the Product to GrandWall Equipment to the address provided and GrandWall Equipment shall replace the Product free of charge. GrandWall Equipment makes no other warranty expressed or implied.
Warranty Exclusions: GrandWall Equipment products are not warranted against unauthorized modifications or alterations, improper use, improper maintenance, accident, misuse, negligence, damage, or if the Product is used for a purpose for which the Product was not designed. This Warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability.
Product Returns
If you do not like the product that you have purchased or if it does not meet your expectations, simply return it (used or unused) for a full refund to the address provided below.
